At Great Spirit Archery, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because many of our items are specialized sporting goods, all sales are final unless an item arrives defective or incorrect.
Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size, draw weight, or model selection
- Normal wear and tear
- Used or altered items
- Sale or clearance items
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, except as outlined below.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace or refund items that are:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrectly shipped (wrong item)
To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To request assistance, please email us at info@greatspiritarchery.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is 7–14 business days after approval
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund
Return Shipping for Approved Claims
- Return shipping is covered by Great Spirit Archery for approved defective or incorrect items
- Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns may be refused
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Items that are not defective
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Items returned without authorization
Refunds For Late Orders
We only offer refunds for late orders once 90 days has passed from date of purchase. If you do not receive your order within 90 days please contact us to make a refund request and you can keep your item free of charge when it arrives.
