Thank you for shopping with Great Spirit Archery. Below are our shipping terms and delivery estimates so you know what to expect when you place an order.

Shipping Costs

All orders from Great Spirit Archery include shipping costs in the price of your purchase — there are no additional shipping charges added at checkout.

(This means what you see as the order total includes the cost of shipping.)

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
  • Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has shipped, typical delivery times are:

  • Domestic (U.S.) & International: 4–30 business days
  • Delivery may vary based on carrier, destination, and customs processing (for international orders)

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Our carriers may include:

  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • DHL

Delivery timing is an estimate and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing on international orders

Tracking Information

Once your order ships:

  1. You will receive a shipment confirmation email
  2. You will receive a tracking number
  3. You can track your shipment with the carrier provided

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled or address changes processed within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After an order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order or guarantee address changes.
  • Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, late, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

  1. Take a photo of the item in its original packaging
  2. Email us at: info@greatspiritarchery.com
  3. Include your order number and photos

We will respond with instructions for a replacement or resolution.

Items are considered late if 90 days has passed since  your purchase and you have still not received your order. Please contact us with your name and order number and we will confirm your order has not yet arrived through the tracking information provided. 

For defective or incorrect items, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
